What We Do

We specialize in outpatient therapy. CIP therapists come to your house, apartment, assisted living facility - wherever you live! Our services bill under Medicare Part B. You do not need home bound status for us to come to you. We also have many area locations if you prefer to come to us.

My therapist encouraged me to progress, but not to hurt myself. She listened to me when I complained of pain and adapted the practice to avoid it. She always discussed my treatment, explained exercises and goals.

This was a uniquely helpful and enjoyable experience with physical therapy for me.
— Gary J. Age 69

Our Mission Statement

Community, Independence & Performance are the three pillars in which CIP Rehab is built. We plan to provide physical, occupational and speech therapy using evidence based therapeutic interventions to maximize patient performance within their community, helping them attain or return to independence.

Our Team

At CIP, we know our patients are more than just a diagnosis. We also know our therapists are more than their skills and certifications. The whole person matters. So, let’s introduce you to the team…

Anthony Cipoletti, MSOTR/L
Managing Partner

Anthony Cipoletti is the co-founder and co-owner of CIP Rehabilitation Inc. He attended Utica College of Syracuse University for his undergraduate studies, receiving a Bachelor’s degree in health science. Anthony then completed his graduate studies at Utica College, receiving a Master’s degree in occupational therapy in 2015.

After college Anthony worked in a variety of settings including skilled nursing facilities, orthopedic outpatient clinics, and home health settings. Eventually, he found his way to providing outpatient occupational therapy to patients in facilities and their homes, where he found his niche. Anthony loved working with this population because he really felt he was able to help these individuals achieve the goals they wanted, while maintaining their abilities to stay out of the hospital and live their daily lives on their own terms.

After having a conversation with his brother, Anthony found that in Pennsylvania, where his brother lived, this therapy was under serviced. Anthony then decided that, with the help of his brother, they would create a company to provide these services, and continue this rewarding and fulfilling work to help people achieve their highest quality of life.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Anthony and Richard for their comprehensive exercise program that they have instructed/developed for me. They explain and demonstrate the individual benefits of our particular exercise and how it can be utilized by any person for whatever physical problems they are experiencing. The follow up program is designed to enhance all of the previous exercises. The constant observation and support by Richard and Anthony defies definition. They focus on an individuals goals and work to bring them to fruition. A great and positive experience is to be had by all participating in this program.
