About

At CIP Rehabilitation Inc., we are dedicated to bringing high-quality outpatient therapy directly to you.

We Help You Heal in the Comfort of Home

At CIP Rehabilitation Inc., we believe therapy should be accessible, convenient, and tailored to your needs. Our experienced therapists provide high-quality outpatient care wherever you live—whether in your home, apartment, assisted living facility, or one of our outpatient clinics.

Our services are covered under Medicare Part B, meaning you don’t need to qualify for homebound status to receive expert therapy in the comfort of your home. We also offer multiple clinic locations for those who prefer an in-person setting.

With a focus on strength, mobility, and independence, we are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals on your terms.

Our Mission Statement

Community, Independence, and Performance are the three pillars on which CIP Rehab is built. We are dedicated to providing physical, occupational, and speech therapy using evidence-based interventions to enhance patient performance within their community, empowering them to achieve or regain independence.
