Physical Therapy

At CIP Rehabilitation, every physical therapy program is personalized. A licensed physical therapist creates a treatment plan tailored to the patient’s unique needs, which may include interventions to reduce pain, improve joint flexibility, enhance strength, train for better walking (gait), and boost balance and coordination.

EXAMPLES OF CONDITIONS TREATED

Physical therapists use evidence-based techniques to address a wide range of health issues, including:

Musculoskeletal Conditions

Arthritis, joint pain, low back pain, reduced strength or range of motion, and degenerative joint diseases.

Cardiopulmonary Conditions

COPD, asthma, coronary artery disease, atrial fibrillation, and congestive heart failure.

Neurological Conditions

Stroke, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease, and dementia.

Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

Our pelvic floor therapy program offers compassionate and expert care to individuals experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction. We provide a supportive environment where patients can learn to manage and improve their condition. Read more about the benefits of pelvic floor therapy on our blog.

HOW OUR PHYSICAL THERAPISTS ARE QUALIFIED

All physical therapists hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution and must pass a rigorous national exam before becoming licensed in the state where they practice. This ensures they have the necessary expertise to provide high-quality care.
